Paul Staroba is a celebrated music director, conductor, keyboardist, and musical supervisor who has served in key musical roles across a wide range of productions, supporting both classic revivals and new works at the highest level.

His Broadway credits include serving as Music Director and Conductor for SMASH, as well as Music Director for A GENTLEMAN’S GUIDE TO LOVE & MURDER. Additional Broadway credits include MY FAIR LADY, WAR PAINT, A CHRISTMAS CAROL, COMPANY, GREY GARDENS, A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC, THE CRUCIBLE, THE GLASS MENAGERIE, SIDESHOW, THE WIZ, and THE GOOD PERSON OF SZECHWAN, where he has worked as music director, associate conductor, assistant conductor, and keyboardist.

Recent projects include Associate Music Director for THE QUEEN OF VERSAILLES, Associate Conductor for ELF, and Assistant Conductor/Keyboards for BACK TO THE FUTURE: THE MUSICAL.
