Lisa Dozier Shacket, Executive Producer

Lisa Dozier Shacket is a New York–based theatrical producer and general manager and the founder and president of LDK Productions. She served as General Manager of the Tony Award–winning Broadway musical BE MORE CHILL among many others.

Recent/upcoming producing credits include: Alfred Uhry’s Without Walls, It’s Kind of a Funny Story by Drew Gasparini and Alex Brightman, 6888, Pen Pals, Not Ready for Prime Time, Mama I’m a Big Girl Now!, A Guide for the Homesick, The Life and Slimes of Marc Summers, Without You (NYC, US Tour, Japan).

Lisa is also a professor of practice focusing in theatre management at the University of Florida and served as the BFA theatre management program director at the University of Miami from 2013-2018. She was the founding producing director for Miami New Drama, a regional theatre that produces and manages the 400-seat historic Colony Theatre on Miami Beach. Lisa also served as the resident general manager for the National Alliance for Musical Theatre’s Festival of New Musicals from 2008-2018. Prior to forming LDK Productions, Lisa was on staff at the New 42nd Street, Manhattan Theatre Club, Symphony Space, American Repertory Theatre, and New York Stage & Film.
